If you want to stop DMCA style legislation in Canada, go sign the online petition at &lt;a href="http://www.OnlineRights.ca"&gt;Online Rights Canada&lt;/a&gt;.  A joint venture by the &lt;a href="http://www.eff.org"&gt;EFF&lt;/a&gt; and &lt;a href="http://www.cippic.ca/"&gt;CIPPIC.&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;They have 103 signatures, and they're trying to get as many as possible before the election.&lt;/p&gt;
